Melexis MLX90640ESF-BAA-000-TU

The MLX90640 is a fully calibrated 32×24 pixel thermal infrared array in an industry-standard 4-pin TO39 package with a digital interface. The MLX90640 contains 768 far-infrared pixels. An ambient sensor is integrated to measure the chip's ambient temperature, along with a supply sensor to measure VDD. The outputs of all infrared, ambient temperature, and VDD sensors are stored in internal RAM and accessible via I²C.
