NTE Electronics NTE56004

The NTE56004 through NTE56010 series TRIACs are primarily designed for full-wave AC control applications such as solid-state relays, motor control, heating control, and power supplies — or anywhere a full-wave silicon gate solid-state device is required. These TRIACs switch from the blocking state to the conducting state via positive or negative gate triggering under either polarity of applied anode voltage.

• All junctions diffused and glass passivated
• Compact, rugged TO220 package with low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation, and durability; gate triggering specified in all four quadrants
