The S-5855A series, developed using CMOS technology, is a low current consumption, 1-wire PWM output temperature sensor IC whose duty cycle varies automatically with temperature. When the temperature exceeds the user-defined threshold, the duty cycle decreases from 100%, with this decrease having a linear relationship to the rise in temperature. The output type can be selected from CMOS output or N-channel open-drain output. The compact SNT-4A and SOT-23-5 packages enable high-density mounting.
