Introduction
The EC3032 series polymer-encapsulated platinum temperature sensors operate over a temperature range of -50 °C to +200 °C, with the ability to temporarily withstand temperatures up to +250 °C. They feature robust semi-rigid protection, internal protection ratings of IP67 and IP68, a wide operating range, 6kV AC dielectric strength, and compliance with DIN EN 60751. Originally designed as precise, rugged temperature sensors for high-end industrial electric motors, they are also suitable for industrial automation, analytical equipment, EV charging plugs, and more.

- Temperature coefficient TCR = 3850 ppm/K
- Response time in water (flow velocity 0.3 m/s): t₀.₅ = 3.1 s, t₀.₉ = 8.1 s
- Measuring current 0.3 to 1.0 mA for Pt100Ω, 0.1 to 0.3 mA for Pt1000Ω
- Self-heating 0.4 K/mW at 0 °C
