Introduction
The TSEV01S01C05 is a non-contact temperature measurement system for OEM applications, based on infrared radiation detection. The system features an infrared sensor (thermopile) at the front end, which must be aimed at the target object during use. The fundamental operating principle involves: detecting infrared radiation via the thermopile sensor and converting it to an analog voltage; determining sensor temperature using a thermistor; calculating ambient and object temperatures through a processing unit; and providing ambient and object temperatures on a digital output bus (SPI). This thermopile sensor module is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring non-contact temperature measurement and high accuracy.
