The Alvium 1800 C is a high-performance camera module designed for embedded vision, targeting embedded systems developers. The Alvium 1800 C - 2460, equipped with the Sony IMX540, delivers 20 frames per second at 24.6 megapixel resolution. The powerful Alvium 1800 C MIPI CSI-2 camera series enables embedded systems developers to leverage Sony's high-performance image sensors popular in the machine vision industry. These sensors, with resolutions up to 20 megapixels, deliver excellent image quality and achieve frame rates up to twice those of comparable Alvium 1500 C models. To operate Alvium CSI-2 cameras on vision systems, Allied Vision provides different access modes, including camera control via GenICam features, Direct Register Access (DRA), and camera control through the Video4Linux2 API.
