ADI AD5700-1BCPZ-RL7

The AD5700/AD5700-1 are single-chip solutions designed as HART FSK half-duplex modems, compliant with the HART physical layer requirements. These devices integrate all necessary filtering, signal detection, modulation, demodulation, and signal generation functions, minimizing the required external components. The AD5700-1 integrates a 0.5% precision oscillator, significantly saving board space, making it ideal for loop-powered applications in both master and slave configurations. With a maximum supply current of 115 μA, the AD5700/AD5700-1 are an excellent choice for low-power loop-powered applications. The transmitted waveform consists of phase-continuous 1200 Hz and 2200 Hz sine waves. The AD5700/AD5700-1 feature a built-in precision carrier detect circuit and use a standard UART interface.
