Introduction
6N137M, HCPL2601M, HCPL2611M single-channel and HCPL2630M, HCPL2631M dual-channel optocouplers consist of an 850 nm AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an ultra-high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate with enable output. The output features open-collector characteristics, allowing wired-OR outputs. Switching parameters are guaranteed over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. With a maximum input signal of 5 mA, a minimum output sink current of 13 mA is provided (fan-out of 8). Internal noise shielding provides superior common-mode rejection with a typical value of 10 kV/μs. The minimum common-mode rejection ratio for HCPL2601M and HCPL2631M is 5 kV/μs. The minimum common-mode rejection ratio for HCPL2611M is 10 kV/μs.
