The input voltage range is from 9V to 36V, with an absolute maximum value of 40V. It has current, voltage, and power monitoring functions, with ±0.5% accurate current monitoring (-25°C < TJ < 85°C). It has 16 programmable I²C addresses, configurable averaging options, a programmable metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET), with SOA protection, a high-side gate driver for external N-FETs, a programmable fault timer, an open-drain power good output, and is packaged in a 20-pin thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP).
