Introduction
MAX4691–MAX4694 are low-voltage CMOS analog ICs configured as an 8-channel multiplexer (MAX4691), dual 4-channel multiplexers (MAX4692), triple SPDT switches (MAX4693), and quad SPDT switches (MAX4694). The MAX4691/MAX4692/MAX4693 operate from a +2V to +11V single supply or ±2V to ±5.5V dual supplies. When powered from ±5V supplies, they provide 25Ω RON, 3.5Ω maximum RON flatness, and channel-to-channel matching of 3Ω maximum. The MAX4694 operates from a +2V to +11V single supply. Each switch features rail-to-rail signal handling and leakage current as low as 1nA. All digital inputs are compatible with 1.8V logic when using a +3V supply, and TTL-compatible when using a +5V supply. The MAX4691–MAX4694 are available in 16-pin, 4mm × 4mm QFN and TQFN packages, and a 16-ball UCSP package. The chip-scale package (UCSP™) occupies a 2mm × 2mm footprint, significantly reducing the required PCB area.
