The TPL5110-Q1 nano-power timer is an AEC-Q100 qualified, low-power timer with an integrated MOSFET driver, ideal for power gating in duty-cycled or battery-powered applications. With a current consumption of only 35nA, the TPL5110-Q1 can support power supply rails while significantly reducing total standby current during system sleep. This power-saving feature enables a notable reduction in battery size, making the TPL5111 an ideal choice for energy harvesting or wireless sensor applications. The TPL5110-Q1 offers selectable timing intervals from 100ms to 7200s for power gating applications. Additionally, the TPL5110-Q1 features a unique one-shot function, allowing the timer to power the MOSFET for only a single cycle. The TPL5110-Q1 is available in a 6-pin SOT23 package.
