The ADR5040/ADR5041/ADR5043/ADR5044/ADR5045 provide output voltages of 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 4.096V, and 5.0V, respectively. Their advanced design eliminates the need for external capacitors for compensation and remains stable with any capacitive load. The operating current range is 50μA to 15mA. The low operating current and ease of use make these voltage references ideal for handheld, battery-powered applications. They are rated for an extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The ADR5041W and ADR5044W are both qualified for automotive applications and are available in 3-lead SOT-23 packages.
