Introduction
The OPA313 family of single, dual, and quad op amps represents a new generation of low-cost, general-purpose, micropower op amps. The combination of rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 50μA), 1MHz wide bandwidth, and ultralow noise (25nV/√Hz at 1kHz) makes this family highly attractive for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring an excellent balance between cost and performance. Low input bias current supports op amp use in applications with megaohm-level source impedances.
The robust design of the OPA313 devices simplifies circuit design: unity-gain stable with load capacitance up to 150pF, an integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM).
These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from as low as +1.8V (±0.9V) to as high as +5.5V (±2.75V), and are fully rated over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C at supply voltages of 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V.
