Introduction
The OPA378 and OPA2378 represent a new series of zero-drift, microPOWER operational amplifiers that utilize a proprietary autocalibration technology designed to provide minimal input offset voltage (20 μV) and offset voltage drift (0.1 μV/°C). With low input voltage noise, high gain bandwidth (900 KHz), and low power consumption (maximum of 150 μA), these devices can achieve optimal performance for low-power, high-precision applications. Additionally, the excellent PSRR performance combined with a wide input supply voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs makes them an excellent choice for single-supply applications operating directly from a battery (without regulation). The OPA378 (single-channel device) is available in microSIZE SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages. The OPA2378 (dual-channel device) is offered in an SOT23-8 package. All device versions are specified for operation over a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
