The TLV170x series of devices offer a wide power supply range, rail-to-rail input, low quiescent current, and low propagation delay. The open-collector output has the advantage of being able to pull the output to any voltage rail (up to +36V higher than the negative supply), regardless of the TLV170x power supply voltage. These devices are available in single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel versions. The low input offset voltage, low input bias current, low supply current, and open-collector configuration enable the TLV170x series to flexibly handle most applications, from simple voltage detection to driving a single relay. All devices are rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
