TI TPS22918DBVR

The TPS22918 is a single-channel load switch with configurable rise time and fast output discharge. This device includes an N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) that can operate within an input voltage range of 1V to 5.5V and support a maximum continuous current of 2A. This switch is controlled by a switch input and can be directly connected to low-voltage control signals. The configurable rise time of the device can significantly reduce the inrush current generated by large-capacity load capacitors, thereby reducing or eliminating the power supply voltage drop. The TPS22918 features a configurable fast output discharge (QOD) pin for controlling the fall time of the device, enabling flexible design for power-down or sequencing. The TPS22918 comes in a small, leaded SOT - 23 package (DBV), facilitating visual inspection of solder joints. The device is rated to operate at a temperature range of - 40°C to + 105°C in a natural ventilation environment.
