Introduction
The OPA314 series single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel op amps represent a new generation of low-power, general-purpose CMOS amplifiers. This device family combines rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (150 μA typical at 0.5 Vₛ), 3MHz bandwidth, and ultralow noise (14nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making it well suited for battery-powered applications that demand a strong balance between cost and performance. Low input bias current supports applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range.
The OPA314 devices feature a robust design for ease of use by circuit designers. These devices include an integrated RF/EMI rejection filter with unity-gain stability, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM).
These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V) and are rated for operation across the full extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
