TI INA139NA/3K

Both the INA139 and INA169 are high - side, unipolar shunt monitors. These devices feature a wide input common - mode voltage range, high speed, and low quiescent current. They are packaged in a small SOT - 23 package and are widely applicable to various applications. The input common - mode and supply voltages are independent of each other. The voltage range of the INA139 is from 2.7V to 40V, and that of the INA169 is from 2.7V to 60V. With a quiescent current of only 60μA, the supply can be connected to either side of the current - measuring shunt, while the error is very small. The device can convert a differential input voltage into a current output. This current is then converted back to a voltage using an external load resistor, which can set the gain range from 1 to over 100. Although this circuit is designed for shunt measurements, it is also well - suited for measurements and level shifting in creative applications. Both the INA139 and INA169 are available in a 5 - pin SOT - 23 package and are rated for a temperature range of - 40°C to 85°C.
