Introduction
HT501X is a low-power, high-performance single-phase power metering SoC chip. It integrates a 32-bit ARM core, 128K flash, 8K SRAM, a hardware EMU module supporting anti-tampering function for phase loss, a high-precision RTC module with temperature self-compensation function, and an LCD driver. It provides a highly integrated single-chip solution for single-phase multi-functional and anti-tampering power meters.

- RTC module: external 32K low-frequency crystal with integrated resistor/capacitor and automatic temperature compensation; built-in RTC temperature curve digital compensation coefficients for full temperature range RTC compensation without user software intervention; auxiliary RTC: when external OSC crystal stops, system can switch to internal low-frequency RC for timekeeping
- High-accuracy temperature sensor TPS: temperature sensor consistency better than ±0.5°C over -40°C ~ +85°C range
- LCD: supports 4COM, 6COM, 8COM LCD display, SEG interface supports up to 43 segments
- Up to 6 UART channels, with 2 channels multiplexed for hardware ISO 7816 protocol
- WDT module cannot be disabled in normal mode, ensuring reliable system operation
- Built-in hardware AES/GHASH encryption/decryption algorithm
