Introduction
The DRV5013-Q1 is a chopper-stabilized Hall effect sensor that provides a magnetic field sensing solution with excellent sensitivity stability and integrated protection features across the operating temperature range. The magnetic field is represented via a digital bipolar latch output. The IC features an open-drain output stage with 30mA sink current capability. With a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 38V and reverse polarity protection up to -22V, the device is suited for a wide range of automotive applications. Internal protection is provided against reverse supply conditions, load dump, and output short-circuit or overcurrent.
