Introduction
The IP3005 series IC is an ultra-high-precision single-cell Li-ion/LiPo battery protection chip with integrated power MOSFETs, featuring fully integrated ultra-high-precision overcharge voltage, overdischarge voltage, overdischarge current, and overcharge current detection and protection circuits.
The IP3005 employs a precision voltage detection circuit, achieving ±50mV detection accuracy for overcharge voltage, overcharge recovery voltage, overdischarge voltage, and overdischarge recovery voltage. By monitoring the current through the integrated power MOSFETs, the overcharge current and overdischarge current thresholds are maintained at ±5% accuracy, independent of battery voltage variations.
The IP3005 series IC offers a wide range of voltage protection and overcurrent detection options with fine-grained step selection, enabling flexible customization to meet customer requirements.
The IP3005 series IC adopts an eSOP8L package with an integrated compact heatsink. Combined with the ultra-low on-resistance of the integrated power MOSFETs, it delivers excellent thermal dissipation performance under high-power operation.
