FM TC8871

TC8871 is a FM interference-free, Class AB/Class D selectable power amplifier. At 5V supply voltage, the maximum output power is 5W (2Ω, BTL load, THD > 10%). TC8871 features a simple application circuit requiring minimal external components, with integrated feedback resistors; no external coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, or snubber networks are required at the output. TC8871 is available in an ESOP package, making it particularly suitable for portable systems with compact size and light weight. It can enter shutdown mode via control input to reduce power consumption. TC8871 incorporates an internal thermal shutdown protection mechanism; it operates with stability, with a gain-bandwidth product of up to 2.5MHz and unity-gain stability. With built-in feedback resistors, the amplifier voltage gain and optimal audio quality can be adjusted by configuring external parameters for ease of application.
