Introduction
General-purpose CMOS rail-to-rail amplifiers. The HGV8541/HGV8542/HGV8544 are single, dual, and quad rail-to-rail input and output, single-supply amplifiers featuring ultra-low supply current and 1MHz bandwidth. All devices operate from 2.7V and 5V single-supply rails. These devices provide 1MHz bandwidth with only 45μA quiescent current per amplifier.
The HGV8541/HGV8542/HGV8544 feature extremely low input bias current, making them suitable for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. With only 45μA supply current per amplifier, these devices are ideal for battery-powered applications.
Rail-to-rail input and output enable designers to implement ASIC buffering in single-supply systems. The HGV8541/HGV8542/HGV8544 are optimized to maintain high gain at low supply voltages, making them suitable for active filters and gain stages.
The HGV8541/HGV8542/HGV8544 are rated over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
