Where can I find the total weight of my order?

Estimated weight changes only when using the filter, deleting items, or changing quantity.

Note: Using a checkbox will not change the estimated weight.

The packing list will show the actual gross weight measured by the weighing scale.

How to find the packing list document?

We will send you a shipping notification email with a packing list file attached after the order has been shipped.

How do I verify that the shipping cost is accurately calculated?

The shipping cost varies based on the following factors: Weight, Shipping Method, and Destination.
