PY32F002A series microcontrollers adopt a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, which is a MCU with a wide voltage operating range. It embeds up to 20Kbytes of flash and 3Kbytes of SRAM memory, with a maximum operating frequency of 24MHz. It includes multiple products with various package types. The chip integrates multiple communication peripherals such as I2C, SPI, and USART, a 12-bit ADC, and multiple timers.

The operating temperature range of the PY32F002A series microcontrollers is -40℃ to 85℃, and the operating voltage range is 1.7V to 5.5V. The chip provides sleep and stop low-power operating modes, which can meet different low-power applications.
