Introduction
The AGM AG10KSDE176 is a stacked-die integrated chip combining the AGM FPGA AG10K with SDRAM, featuring the programmable functionality of the AG10K FPGA with additional programmable I/Os and an internally connected high-capacity SDRAM. The internal SDRAM capacity is 64Mbit (512K words × 4 banks × 32 bits). Since the SDRAM is a 3.3V device, the FPGA's VCCIO must also be connected to 3.3V. The AG10K supports JTAG, AS (Master), and PS (Slave) configuration modes, selectable via MSEL[2..0].
