TM(Shenzhen Titan Micro Elec) TM1621

TM1621 is a memory-mapped, multi-function LCD driver. Its software-configurable features make it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only 4 or 5 pins are required to interface a host controller with the TM1621, which also features a power-saving command to reduce system power consumption.
