개요
The ICW1117 series is a low dropout linear regulator with a 1.3V dropout voltage at 1A load current. Compared to the 5mA standby current of competing devices, the ICW1117 features an ultra-low standby current of 2mA. In addition to fixed output versions of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V, the ICW1117 also offers an adjustable version that provides output voltages ranging from 1.25V to 12V using only two external resistors. The ICW1117 features thermal shutdown protection to ensure stability of both the IC and the power supply system. Laser trimming technology is employed to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracies such as 1% are available upon request.
