Introduction
The NTE74HC125 and NTE74HC126 are high-speed CMOS quad bus buffers in 14-pin plastic DIP packages, fabricated using silicon gate C²MOS technology. They offer the same high-speed performance as LS-TTL while providing the low power dissipation characteristic of true CMOS. These devices require the same three-state control input G to be driven high to place the outputs in a high-impedance state. All inputs are protected against electrostatic discharge and transient overvoltage.
