Introduction
Broadcom ASMM-CA03 surface mount LEDs are available in the industry-standard PLCC-2 package. Designed for high reliability and operation across a wide range of environmental conditions, they are well suited for various signage applications. The 120° wide viewing angle makes these LEDs ideal for panel, button, or general backlighting in office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat-top emitting surface allows easy integration with light pipes. The built-in reflector enhances light output intensity, making these LEDs also suitable for use as LED pixels in indoor electronic signage. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in tape and reel packaging. Each reel is shipped in a single flux and color bin to ensure a high degree of consistency.
