Introduction
The MQF326 and VMQF326 are 3.2×2.5×1.6mm miniature surface-mount TCXOs and VCTCXOs, available with supply voltages of 2.5V or 3.3V, and output logic options including CMOS (up to 250MHz), differential LVEPCL, or LVDS (up to 1.5GHz). The flexibility of this product makes custom (VC)TCXO frequencies more accessible than any other series, with short lead times. Compared to competing products, the typical phase jitter of 0.8~1.6ps and lower current consumption (43mA typical for LVEPCL 622.080MHz at 3.3V) make this series ideally suited for multimedia, Ethernet, and networking applications.
