Introduction
This infrared receiver series is optimized for short pulse remote control systems in different environments. Users can choose between different IC settings (automatic gain control variants) to find the best solution for their application. The higher the automatic gain control, the better the noise suppression, but the lower the code compatibility.
These devices contain a PIN diode and a preamplifier assembled on a lead frame. An infrared filter is included in the epoxy package. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. These components are not qualified to automotive specifications.
