The TPP 180A-M series is a range of open-frame AC/DC power supplies in an open-frame package. They feature enhanced reinforced input/output isolation (4000 VAC) in compliance with the latest medical safety standard (60601-1 3rd edition, 2 x MOPP). With leakage current below 100 μA, the series is suitable for BF (Body Floating) applications. Outstanding efficiency of up to 94% enables high power density and a compact design (3" x 2"). The operating temperature range is –40°C to +85°C, with derating required above 50°C. Under natural convection cooling, these power supplies deliver 150 W, and up to 180 W with forced air cooling. In addition, they can provide 220 W of peak power for 5 seconds. The EMC characteristics are specifically designed for industrial and medical applications. By utilizing high-quality components and excellent thermal management, the TPP 180A-M offers high reliability, making it the ideal solution for industrial and medical equipment as well as demanding safety-critical and space-critical applications.
