Introduction
The XC6127 series are ultra-compact, high-accuracy voltage detectors with a built-in delay circuit. These devices incorporate a high-precision reference voltage source, manufactured using CMOS process technology and laser trimming, maintaining high accuracy, low power consumption, and precise release delay time across the entire operating temperature range. The release delay time is internally set from 50ms to 800ms. Additionally, a manual reset function is available for reset at any time. The devices are offered in both CMOS and N-channel open-drain output configurations. Detection logic is available in two types: RESETB (active low) and RESET (active high). The ultra-compact USPN-4 package is ideal for miniaturized designs and high-density mounting applications in portable devices. Legacy packages SSOT-24 and SOT-25 are also available for upward-compatible replacement.
