Introduction
The NTE74C14 Hex Schmitt Trigger is a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuit constructed with N-channel and P-channel enhancement-mode transistors. The positive and negative threshold voltages VT+ and VT− have minimal variation with temperature (typical value: 0.0005V/°C at VCC = 10V), and the hysteresis voltage VT+ − VT− ≥ 0.2VCC is guaranteed. All inputs are protected by diode clamps connected to VCC and GND against damage from electrostatic discharge.
