Introduction
The NTE2632 is a quad line receiver fabricated using advanced low-power Schottky technology, housed in a 16-pin DIP package. It is designed to meet RS-422 and RS-423 standards, as well as Federal Standards 1020 and 1030 for balanced and unbalanced digital data transmission. The device offers 200mV input sensitivity over an input voltage range of ±7V. The NTE2632 provides enable and disable functionality for all four receivers, along with three-state outputs capable of sinking 8mA. The device also features a failsafe input-output relationship that keeps the output high when the input is open-circuited.
