Introduction
M62393P/FP is a CMOS IC featuring an integrated 8-channel D/A converter with output buffer op-amps. Digital data is input via a 2-wire serial interface, minimizing the wiring required for microcomputer connections. The output buffer op-amps employ a Class AB output stage, capable of sourcing/sinking 1.0mA or more, and operate across the full voltage range (from VrefU to GND). With two high-level reference voltage terminals, two different voltage ranges can be configured. Up to 8 devices can be cascaded to control 64 channels.
