MICRO SWITCH ZM and ZM1 series are subminiature snap-action switches within Honeywell MICRO SWITCH Z Series subminiature basic switch family. Despite their small size, the ZM and ZM1 series are rated to control electrical loads ranging from logic level (computer-based circuits) to power load switching (up to 16.1 A and 250 Vac).

The subminiature switch package size is ideally suited for applications with limited equipment space. The ZM and ZM1 series have a total length of less than 20 mm [0.78 in]. Like all snap-action switches, the audible click produced during operation facilitates switch installation and setup. A wide variety of integral stainless steel levers are available, which, combined with the subminiature package size, make the switches suitable for a broad range of applications. The ZM series is UL, cUL, and CQC certified for worldwide use; the ZM1 series is UL, cUL, ENEC, CE, UKCA, and CQC certified for worldwide use.

• Ultra-compact package dimensions (19.80 mm × 10.60 mm × 6.40 mm [0.78 in × 0.42 in × 0.25 in]) allow installation in applications where other sensor or switch packages are too large.
• Suitable for both power loads and logic-level loads.
• SPDT, SPNC, or SPNO switching options to help ensure circuit requirements are met.
• Pin plunger or various stainless steel lever styles available.
• MICRO SWITCH ZM and ZM1 products are certified to UL, cUL (per UL 61058-1), CE and UKCA (per EN 61058-1), and CQC (per GB 15092.1).
