The Luminus Chip-on-Board (COB) LED series provides a complete illumination-grade solution for high-performance lighting applications. The portfolio spans a wide lumen range from less than 400 lumens to over 10,000 lumens, covers all major color temperatures, and achieves a CRI greater than 97 with R9 equal to 95 at 2700K and 3000K. These advancements enable lighting engineers and designers to develop lighting solutions with the highest efficiency, brightness, and overall quality. Luminus COB LEDs undergo rigorous environmental and mechanical stress testing — including mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, and humidity testing — and only devices that pass these tests qualify for use in a wide range of lighting applications, including some of the most demanding commercial applications. Fully qualified LM80 test data and TM21 lifetime results are also provided, demonstrating lumen maintenance over 35,000 hours or longer. In addition, Luminus COB arrays are tested to ANSI/UL 8750 to ensure safe operation in their intended applications, and all LED products comply with REACh and RoHS standards, free from hazardous substances such as lead and mercury.
