Altran Magnetics, LLC AMI-29B-8-3

The AMI-29 two-stage filter is designed for easy and fast chassis mounting. This filter series also offers a Y-capacitor-free version B for medical applications, and a low-capacitance version A for safety-critical applications requiring low leakage current. All filters feature chokes with high-permeability core materials, delivering excellent thermal performance and superior conducted attenuation. The AMI-29 two-stage filter is designed for noisy applications demanding outstanding filtering performance. Compared to the AMI-26 and AMI-28 filter series, its higher inductance in the same form factor provides enhanced attenuation relative to current. The AMI-29 filter is also available as a single-stage filter. Multiple terminal options allow users to select their preferred connection method.
