The F Series switches offer high-performance industrial toggle, rocker, and pushbutton switches with high current and voltage ratings in compact housings. The F Series covers a wide range of circuit configurations — from single-pole to four-pole — with two-position and three-position options and a choice of momentary or maintained circuits. This toggle switch series is UL and CSA certified, with silver contacts rated at 6A at 250 VAC and 6A at 125 VAC; optional gold-plated contacts are rated at a maximum of 0.4 VA at 20 V AC/DC, typically used for low-energy switching. Electrical life at full load is rated at 25,000 to 50,000 cycles. Additional electrical parameters include a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms, insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms, and a maximum actuation force of 19.6 N. All F Series switches use a 6.0 mm threaded bushing for panel mounting, conforming to standard panel cutout dimensions, and are constructed of chrome-plated brass. Design engineers can choose from three toggle styles: standard toggle, locking lever for protection against accidental switching, and long flat paddle toggle.
