Introduction
SD7602D is a high-precision, low-cost primary-side feedback LED constant-current driver IC for flyback isolated LED lighting. The IC operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), suitable for 90Vac~265Vac input voltage and output power below 18W. Using a proprietary constant-current control method, current accuracy is within ±3%, with output current settable via peak current sense resistor; no-load protection voltage accuracy up to ±10%. The IC integrates an internal 600V power MOS switch and employs primary-side feedback control, eliminating the need for loop compensation, optocouplers, TL431, transformer auxiliary windings, and other components, reducing system cost and board space. The IC integrates LED open/short-circuit protection, primary-side overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection for enhanced system reliability. Available in DIP-8-300-2.54 package.
