SDH771XE is a high-precision LED constant-current driver control IC, designed for non-isolated buck-type LED constant-current power supply systems with a full AC input voltage range of 85VAC~265VAC.
SDH771XE integrates a high-voltage supply circuit, enabling autonomous chip power supply without the need for startup resistors or auxiliary windings, while also eliminating the conventional external power supply capacitor. This accelerates system startup and significantly reduces system cost.
SDH771XE operates in boundary conduction mode (BCM) of inductor current. The IC employs a proprietary high-precision current sampling technique combined with internal compensation to achieve high constant-current accuracy and excellent line/load regulation.
SDH771XE integrates multiple protection features, including output short-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, thermal regulation, and sense resistor open-circuit protection, enhancing system safety and reliability.
