Introduction
SDH771XH is a high-precision LED constant-current driver control IC designed for non-isolated buck LED constant-current power supply systems with a full-range AC input voltage of 85VAC~265VAC.
The SDH771XH integrates a high-voltage supply circuit, enabling autonomous chip power supply without the need for startup resistors or auxiliary windings, while eliminating the conventional external supply capacitor. This accelerates system startup and significantly reduces system cost. The circuit operates in inductor current critical conduction mode, employing a proprietary high-precision current sampling technique combined with internal compensation to achieve high constant-current accuracy and excellent line/load regulation.
The SDH771XH incorporates multiple protection features, including output short-circuit protection, output open-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, over-temperature regulation, and sampling resistor open-circuit protection, enhancing system safety and reliability. The open-circuit protection voltage can be configured via the ROVP pin.
