Introduction
The S-75V00ANC is a single 2-input NAND gate fabricated using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology, which offers the inherent low-power advantages of CMOS while achieving high-speed operation comparable to LSTTL ICs. All gates in the internal circuit feature buffered outputs to ensure high noise immunity and output stability. Since no diode is connected between the input pins and VCC, input voltage may be applied even when no supply voltage is present. This makes the device suitable for interfacing between different voltage supplies, 5V-to-3V output level shifting, and battery backup applications.
