Introduction
Flat-top package lamp beads feature a colorless non-diffused truncated lens, providing the wide radiation pattern required for backlighting applications and also suitable as emitters in light pipe applications. Dome package lamp beads feature a colorless non-diffused lens, delivering high luminous intensity within a narrow radiation pattern. All devices are formed by encapsulating LED chips on axial lead frames in molded epoxy subminiature lamp bead packages, offering multiple package configuration options, including special SMT lead configurations, gull-wing, yoke, or Z-bend. Right-angle lead bends with 2.54 mm and 5.08 mm center spacing are available for through-hole mounting.
