Introduction
The 1N821UR-1 through 1N829AUR-1 series surface mount temperature-compensated reference diodes offer nominal voltages of 6.2V and 6.55V, with temperature coefficients as low as 0.0005%/°C at a Zener test current of 7.5mA. These glass surface mount DO-213AA (MELF) reference diodes are available in RoHS-compliant options for commercial applications. The series is also available in other Zener reference diode products with voltage ratings up to 200V.
