The Luminus Chip-on-Board (COB) LED series provides complete illumination-grade solutions for high-performance lighting applications. The selection spans a wide lumen range from less than 400lm to over 10,000lm, covers all major color temperatures, and achieves a CRI greater than 97 with R9 equal to 95 at 2700K and 3000K. These breakthroughs enable lighting engineers and designers to develop lighting solutions with the highest efficiency, brightness, and overall quality. Luminus COB LEDs are among the most reliable light sources in the world today, having passed a series of rigorous environmental and mechanical stress tests including mechanical shock, vibration, thermal cycling, and humidity testing. The products are UL-certified compliant, meet REACH and RoHS standards, and are free of hazardous substances such as lead and mercury. Each Luminus COB LED is marked with a 2D barcode containing a unique serial number, providing actual test data measurements and enabling traceability of the production process and materials. Products are tested at an 85°C junction temperature, eliminating the need to adjust datasheet specifications for real-world applications. Chromaticity binning ensures color consistency across each order, with standard products using 3-step MacAdam ellipses; 2-step ellipse binning is also available for the most demanding applications.
