The Luminus Chip-on-Board (COB) LED series delivers complete illumination-grade solutions for high-performance lighting applications. The selection spans a wide lumen range from less than 400lm to over 20,000lm, covers all major color temperatures, and achieves a CRI greater than 97 at 2700K and 3000K, with R9 equal to 95. These breakthroughs enable lighting engineers and designers to develop lighting solutions with the highest efficiency, brightness, and overall quality. Luminus COB LEDs are among the most reliable light sources in the world today, having passed a series of rigorous environmental and mechanical stress tests, including mechanical shock, vibration, thermal cycling, and humidity testing. Fully qualified LM80 test data and TM21 lifetime results are provided, guaranteeing lumen maintenance for 35,000 hours or longer. Luminus COB arrays are tested in accordance with ANSI/UL 8750 to ensure safe operation in intended applications. All Luminus-manufactured LED products comply with REACH and RoHS standards and are free of hazardous substances including lead and mercury. Every Luminus LED undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure it meets customers' high-quality standards expected of Luminus products. Each Luminus COB LED is marked with a 2D barcode containing a unique serial number, providing actual measured test data for the specific LED; the 2D barcode is linked to a date code to enable traceability of production processes and materials. Luminus COB products are measured at typical LED operating temperatures within luminaires, with each device tested at a junction temperature of 85℃, eliminating the need to adjust datasheet specifications to actual application conditions. Chromatic binning ensures color consistency for each order; standard products use 3-step MacAdam ellipse binning, and for the most demanding applications, Luminus can provide 2-step ellipse binning.
