Introduction
The BDxxIC0WEFJ/JEFJ and BDxxIC0WHFV series are regulators capable of delivering 1.0A output current with ±1% output accuracy. By using external resistors, any output voltage can be set within the range of 0.8V to 4.5V (adjustable voltage type); fixed voltage types with outputs of 1.0V, 1.2V, 1.25V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.6V, 3.0V, and 3.3V are also available. The packages adopt the HTSOP-J8 with excellent thermal dissipation performance, as well as the compact, halogen-free HVSOF6. Suitable for a wide range of digital home appliance applications. This series integrates an overcurrent protection circuit to prevent IC damage caused by output short circuits; a built-in ON/OFF switch with a typical circuit current of 0μA in the OFF state; and a built-in thermal protection circuit to prevent thermal damage to the IC under overload conditions. Compatible with ceramic output capacitors, contributing to miniaturization and extended service life of applications.
